We look forward to having you as our guest at our Daytona Beach Condo Rentals and hope that the below information will help you to plan your stay with ease and convenience.

Check-In Procedure

You will be given:

  •  a code to the South Security Door

  • your room number and door pad code.

The South Entrance and elevator will be the preferred route to your room

Specific instructions will be sent after a booking has been confirmed with a security deposit.

All efforts are made to have condos ready by check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances.

Check-out time is 10:00 am. 10:00 am is check-out time without exception. Rooms should have all completed the steps requested in our check-out procedure, including paying for any phone calls made during your stay at the front desk.

Daytona Condo Rental Early Check-Ins - Back to top -  1:00 pm check-ins are available. Requests must be approved and a $25 fee will be incurred. The fee applies whether or not you arrive by the designated time.

Once you have the security door code, room number and key pad, you can enter the building at any time.

 We do not rent to sororities, fraternities, or other non-family or unrelated groups under 24 years of age.

The maximum capacity indicated for each condo must be adhered to.  In cases where the advertised occupancy is exceeded, we reserve the right to deny access or to have the premises vacated with no refund of rent.

WE reserve the right to terminate a lease as the result of tenant abuse of staff or others.

ANY complaints by the resort to the owner will result in immediate request to leave the resort and terminate the lease. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances if lease is terminated under these conditions

Vacation-Daytona conducts all it's activities in the same manner without respect to the race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status of the renter.

Housekeeping & Maintenance: Back to top
All condos are cleaned between check-out and check-in. If the condo is not cleaned to your satisfaction when you check-in, or if something in the home is not working properly, please call 386-212-8139 to report the problem immediately. We do our best to keep all items in units in working order however, breakdowns can and do occur.
Security Deposit  Back to top

Security Deposit is taken to protect us from any damage or unpaid balances left by the guest.

We will be in contact with the cleaning crew on the day of check out.

Any unpaid phone calls made during your stay will come out of security deposit.

Any inventory not reported by you and found missing by cleaning team will come out of security deposit.

Any broken or damaged items will be replaced---I will submit a receipt to you with the remainder of security deposit.

There is ample parking at the Hawaiian Inn for all guests staying at the resort.

There is trailer parking for special events in the north lot. You can go to the front desk anytime after arrival to request a parking pass.

Please tell the front desk your unit number and that you are our guest and they will provide you with a parking "permit"
The Hawaiian Show, There are times when the Hawaiian Show has a crowd the Hawaiian Inn parking lot is used from 6-10PM.  We appreciate your advance planning and understanding.

Mail will not be delivered to guests or condos at The Hawaiian Inn.

There is a phone service that collects messages on the phone.

Items Left at Condo   Back to top
We can not be responsible for any items left in a condo. We will try to locate items reported as left behind and, if found, return them C.O.D., plus a $10 charge. Items that are found but not claimed within 10 days will be donated to a local charity.
Non-Smoking     Back to top
Please respect our wishes and do not smoke in our condos. We have provided planters which can be used as ashtrays on all balconies. Please only smoke on the balconies!!!

The Hawaiian Inn  telephone number  and your condo number is included on your confirmation letter. Condos are equipped with telephones but all calls must be paid for. Local calls are $ .95 + $.08 tax. Pleae pay for all calls at the front desk prior to check out. Do not use condo phone for ANY long distance calls. Options for placing long distance calls include calling cards, pre-paid phone cards and collect calls.

What is Clean Condition?

*Clean condition means that used beds are stripped of their sheets and blankets/comforters are neatly folded on each bed.

* Used Sheets and towels are placed in the bathtub.

*Clean condition means that the refrigerator is cleaned out and wiped clean.  

(Friendly College students in #437 accept beer-pop and unopened food donations)

*Clean condition means that the stove is wiped clean.                           

*Clean condition means that all dishes are done and put away.              

*Clean condition means that all garbage is emptied and placed in chute provided in hall by elevator


Double check to make sure you have all of your belongings

Please settle up with front desk for any phone calls that were made.

(Not necessary to pay for calls to Gene to report trouble.)


Please lock balcony door and unit door.

*You have paid for a departure cleaning. If additional cleaning other than ordinary needs to be done after your departure, then a minimum of 2 hours at $25/hour will be assessed to you and taken out of your security deposit.

Oceanfront Pool is heated and available from March 15th  to November 30, 2005 (unless otherwise specified).

The indoor pool is available at all times during the year.

  • Oceanfront - No other property/lot between the home and the beach

 There is an unobstructed view of the ocean from your windows and balcony.

  • OceanView - These units face north with a balcony that has a view of the ocean and a view of the Halifax River. There are no other properties between you and the ocean.

  • Bed Linens & Bath Towels for reservations of 7 days or more in all homes.
    Linens are provided for each advertised bed, futon, rollaway and sleep sofa. No linens are provided for cribs. Beds (except trundles, top bunks, futons, rollaways and sleep sofas) are made the day of your arrival. Every home provides one bath towel and one washcloth for the advertised maximum occupancy amount; one hand towel for each full and half bath, one bath mat for each full bathroom and two kitchen towels.

Special Events in Daytona Beach are: RaceWeek, Bike Week, July 4th week and Biktoberfest. Special Event reservations are subject to a Security Deposit and a minimum night stay.

There is a higher demand for rooms during these times and prices are higher during these weeks.

Paments for these weeks are due at 45 and 90 days prior to arrival.

Payments are to be made in 2 equal payments 30 and 60 days prior to arrival.

Any reservation made within 60 days of arrival will require 50% due immediately and 50% due at 30 days.

Any reservation made within 30 days prior to arrival requires full payment immediately

We are currently anticipating 3 new studio condos available in early 2006.

Please inquire about availability at these condos for upcoming events.

Advanced Reservations  Back to top
Current-year guests are given the first opportunity during their stay to request the same condo for the comparable dates reserved in 2005. Requests must be made within 2 weeks of check out. Rates will be fixed on Jan 1, 2006 and the difference will need to be paid prior to arrival.
